We're using Professional Archive Manager for Exchange against EXCH2003, we've also got PAM for Files but I haven't got around to rolling that out.
Been quite happy with it, mailbox sizes dropped dramatically, we don't have to deal with PST's, users love the Search Functionality and one day I'll get to importing the rest of our historical PST archives.
