I should clarify, it was software maintenance only.We run a dedicated physical serverwith Exchange 2010.Overhead is minimal. During business hours the CPU hovers around .4 percent, RAM about 500K. The networkis certainly busier given the doubling of mail but it's not a problem on the LAN. We have a bit more the 500 users but only about 50 heavy users.The Arcmail server is at alittle under 50 percent storage after two years; although, our user base has doubled during the time we've had it so we may not get another two years maintainedonboardwith our current device. It helps also that we filter most of the mail (85 - 90 percent for SPAM, AV, phishing, etc...) before it ever reaches our server.
