I am so very sorry that you are unhappy with how MailMeterhas worked for you and your company. Unfortunately, back in 2011, we didn’thave an active Spiceworks account so we were unable to address this postinguntil now.
When an email user is deleted, their emails are still retained in the archive and there are multiple ways to search for emails from a user that is nolonger in your Exchange server. How were you going about attempting to find these emails and email box?
I also took a quick look see at your Archiving comparisonchart and saw that you had MailMeter as a solution that did not dedupe orencrypt. I’m not sure if you were aware, but MailMeter does in fact singleinstance and encrypt all emails prior to them going to the archive.
