What do you use for email archiving?

I agree with Dennis, I just moved us over to the McAffe SaaS, and it’s been great. Easy to set up, no more worry about email archives or space to store those archives. The Spam protection is very good, and I have a lot less legit mail being blocked.

Mine ran $3.30 a user which is very affordable. You route via MX and McAffe handles the rest. We purchased 5 years of archive storage, and at the end of that five years if we want our archives, they will send them to us encrypted on a hard drive. You can do detailed search, and in our case we don't use the Quarantine so the users have no interaction with the process, which has made thing much easier.

Now if our mail system is down, McAffe spools our messages until the system comes back online, and they do that for I think to 30 days. This means you can keep an on premise mail server,...
